VLOG #2 – Vegan Diet: Berry cereal, bike & Brisbane

What’s up everybody all right I’m heading down early let’s go for a nice morning walk do some cardio for brekkie it’s about 6:30 a.m. and I don’t want to eat until 9:00 so we’re going to kill some time see I’m gonna head down there go for a little walk and it’s a lovely day out here so I’m going to enjoy the Sun it’s exercise and then we have a time a little bit different and this meal was inspired by another vegan youtubers out there John Venus go check out his channel I’ll put a link down in the description what are we having today so breakfast is I’m going to be having a massive basically frozen berries with a protein shake on top of it and he likes to call it berry cereal anyway let’s get into it first things first we’ve got our frozen berries I’m going to have about 200 grams yeah charger grams of these is about 24 grams of carbs which is around 120 calories in the berries life but berries are so good for you you know full of vitamin C or antioxidants and they taste great and I reckon they can help satisfies those sweet cravings especially at night next to your own bitters is you want to get your vegan protein powder you know I use protein by bottom crease if you want to grab some go check out the link in description below and use my coupon of course it can get appreciated with the order nor your last scoop protein in there ask about 24 grams of protein per serve 8:13 check now we’ll show you guys with the supply does not look good the rest of that protein in there I want to waste drop to get your protein in right and then you do grab your spoon and you want to mix it up a little bit you want to break the berries up so then stick together but you want to put the berries in while they versions that’s the key to this alright and then we sit down and we enjoy it alright time to eat meal one and yeah and then I’ll check in with you guys shortly alright so now about 9:30 10 o’clock and me and my mom are going to go grab a coffee oh my god such a nice day god I love weather here [Music] I said me and my mom were walking along we decided to come up to Brisbane for lunch spur-of-the-moment thing we’re going to go grab coffee down on the Gold Coast and then we’re talking about how we want to come to Brisbane to lunch one time and I said well why don’t we just calm down so we went out there and we had won a place for veggie Ramallah it’s a vegetarian and vegan little takeaway join spend ten bucks and got three different meals and rice is so good and my mum you got a dosa it was delicious bye anyway we’re just enjoying the Sun walking back to the car yeah we’re checking with you guys soon [Music] so just got some lifeless place waiting your layouts time for him I’m a free workout and not driving today as you can see at the Beast the CBR some were different Thank You blame for letting me borrow today I actually had my own bike I sold it not long ago just because I am going to Europe at the end of the year and I want to have some extra money in my bank account and the bike was just a luxury item so my roommate Blaine has been kind enough to let me borrow his bike every now and then two beasts arrived I’m telling you nice that’s it corn come on go go yeah : Gallo on yeah come on Wow the head [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] oh okay so I’ve got my cerium and I like to use a small spoon whenever I eat things and the reasons that is while I do small spoon I eat sweet things and the reason behind that is because it means I have to take small mouthfuls small spoonfuls so it means I get to eat more of it my pack well not really more of it but I get to it takes longer to eat it fell a lot fold up so it’s more satisfying you know you’ve got to think of these little tips and tricks they just help you okay it’s pretty good I had this for breakfast this morning so that’s why I’ve had it again because I like it so much such a sort of the right here like you know oh you can make this into a smoothie and the string is really but you don’t know this it’s more fun hmm oh no you can see but the color is so cool it’s like why would swirls of like purple is their fucking plate marble yeah I’m cooked I’m [Music]

Vegan diet update: First competition winner

Look, arms are shrinking what’s up guys Andres here alright I’m back with another video today obviously and I’m going to be talking about what I’m going to be doing with my diet coming up very soon all right so as you guys know if you’ve been following me I have been doing a bit of a shred diet over the last few weeks or a couple months really I have lost a bit of body fat but I’m at a point now where I’ve kind of stagnated and I’ve kind of kind of lost interest in shredding itself I am very comfortable where I am like at the gym with my strength and I don’t want to sacrifice my strength just to lose a little bit more body fat so what I’m going to do now is over the next couple of weeks I’m going to start to increase my calories slowly and I’m going to start bulking I know something that I haven’t done in quite a while now so I’ve always felt what for the last maybe maybe last 12 months six months I’ve been at a bit of a maintenance and a little bit of a deficit I haven’t really been done a good bulk in a long time now when I say I did a bulk I don’t mean I’m going to go crazy over board is a shitload of calories sorry that’s my my Benji’s already yeah there is anyway I’m not going to go crazy overboard and do like a dirty bulk eat shitload of calories or anything like that I’m just going to slowly take my calories up probably eat the same sort of food sort of eating now and just increase my maybe my protein a little bit and my carbs the thing about being vegan is usually when you play with your carbs all your protein belief or anything close any macro nutrient in fact you usually plane with all of them for instance I eat tofu tofu is one of our sources of protein but it’s also a source of fat so if I cut my protein out if I cut my tofu down lower my protein but are also lowering with that same with beans if I’m upping my beans I’m offering my protein and then I’m also up in my carbs so ok I’m coming so this is going to be interesting for me because I have not done a bulk since being vegan so should be too hard I mean it was easy enough when I was eating meat and I don’t see it’s going to be any different now just means actually a little bit more cautious when I’m changing food meals but anyway that’s what I wanted to say just a quick update on what I’m going to be doing everything’s what I’m going to be doing in the next couple of weeks so probably not going to thank my shirt off as much probably going to be rockin t-shirts and singlets I mean it is coming to winter here in Australia and perfect on the ball so yeah and our guys give this video like if you haven’t already please subscribe it means well when you guys follow me subscribe and comment all that stuff over and yet now that I’ve hit over 200 subscribers I want on just wait I’m coming I want to announce my first winner so I’m going to put the winners name on screen now if you are that person please contact me go to my YouTube page go to contact that area and send me an email and I’ll send you out your prize alright guys I’ll see you in the next video take care [Music]
