[UltraVid id=425 ][Music] hey guys Andres here back with another video today and today I'm going to be taking you through a full day of eating and show you everything I eat from real one all the way to meal seven before bed so stay tuned alright so meal one we have my banana flaxseed oatmeal five minutes to make it if that massive banana add your Iost ads of flaxseed meal and cinnamon water stir it up goes from a sloshy consistency to this thick and delicious highly nutritious and yes in one time to eat so meal one down two more to go stay tuned hey but the people might want to see what I want to eat in a day – why can't you film that fine why are people where you eat in a day happy right so stop time from one levar to copy my little Korean coffee machine cost me 60 bucks on Conan go check it out [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Neal – is kale broccoli tofu and ever alright time for me or three and it's going to be pretty much the same as meal – we're going to have the broccoli tofu and avocado again so another low carb meal high protein high fat meal because if you guys in checking out my blog you know that my first meal is high carb and kneel two and three low carb high protein high fat first we start off with my world-famous broccoli we're going to have one handful and a half and then as you can see here I've got my lovely crispy tofu that's about 150 grams rather then and last time we're going to be having is 1/4 of an avocado which I have here but before I add this I'm going to heat this up in the microwave alright so now we've heated up our buckling tofu all I'm going to do is get my avocado and just chop in and skin it all apparently and you love these cheap avocados all right we'll put a bit of salt on there and that's meal three done so it's kind of a mill for mill four is going to be my pre-workout meal and it's going to be 200 grams of basmati rice and 240 grams of kidney beans with lots and lots of salt for that vascularity [Music] [Music] so off to go home now have a protein shake have a feed and I'll talk to you guys soon we forgot to record this one had my post-workout shake not much left but basically one banana one scoop of protein 5 grams of creatine monohydrate and 5 grams of glutamine blend it up with about 500 mils of water straight into my princess cup because I like to drink my protein from a plastic wineglass with golden sparkles getting a snot wake up where God it's my girlfriend's car so this is my post-workout meal we've got my little side sellers of lettuce tomato which is dressed with lemon salt pepper and over here we've got 20 grams of basmati rice we've got some stir-fried mushroom and red capsicum blended up one can of chickpeas to make a bit of a home ascended up with garlic a bit of salt and a little bit of lemon juice and then we've got my little carrot sticks there to eat my homeless of course I'll be putting the macros on-screen for you now and yeah I'm going to eat this [Music] my final meal of the day and it is about 300 grams of mixed frozen berries and grapes delicious that's what I eat the day on my current vegan shred diet if you guys have any questions about anything feel free to leave them in the comment section below more than happy to get back to you guys don't forget to give the video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it and subscribe for more videos coming up soon thanks guys talk to you soon you
